FRUITY OATMEAL


Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/4 cup oats 
  2. 1/4 cup of water
  3. 1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk 
2 Tablespoons of dried fruit ( Bananas, mango, pineapple,etc.)
2 Tablespoons nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc)
  1. 2 teaspoons honey 
  2. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
  1. Microwave water or milk for 2 minutes.
  2. Tear dried fruit in smaller pieces.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients, add water or milk.
  4. Enjoy!


CACAO SMOOTHIE


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2  cup fresh or frozen raspberries.
  • 3 medium fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen medium banana.
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder.
  • 1/2 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt.

    Instructions:
  1. Blend all ingredients
  2. Serve cold and Enjoy!

CHOCO PANCAKES


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe fresh banana
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • coconut oil for cooking
  • 1 tsb of chia seeds
  • 2 TBSP of cacao powder
  • 1 tbs of cacao nibs
  • Yacon syrup (as desired) or honey
  • A pinch of salt
    Instructions:
  • Put all the items into a large bowl and blend.
  • Spray or drizzle oil in a non-stick pan, and spread around. Heat on a low-medium heat (don’t go higher!).
  • Pour in a small amount of the batter. The pancakes should be small and thick.
  • Pop a lid on and let the pancake cook gently. When the side facing you starts to bubble, the other side is done. Time to flip! A spatula is easiest. Once flipped, let the other side cook too. 
  • Have a peek at the underside using the spatula after a minute or so. When it’s nice and brown it’s ready. Woo!
  • Repeat and Enjoy!
