FRUITY OATMEAL FOR BREAKFAST
- 1 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk
2 Tablespoons nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Microwave water or milk for 2 minutes.
- Tear dried fruit in smaller pieces.
- Mix the remaining ingredients, add water or milk.
